Highlights From the Week

Despite last week only being a four day week it still felt like a bit of a long one! I picked up this beaut bunch of flowers from Sainsbury’s to brighten up the week and they definitely did the trick, they’re still going strong and looking super pretty in my room.

Last week definitely signalled the beginning of ice cream season and there is no better flavour than Ben and Jerry’s cookie dough IMO. I’ve rationed myself and managed to make it last over a week so I know what tonight’s little treat is going to be!

I’ve been working on my Spring bedroom update post (which you can check out here) for the past week and gathering together some new bits and bobs including this amazing print from Not on The Highstreet.

On Saturday we headed to Manchester for a little bit of shopping and a spot of food. I’d been invited by Vapiano to come along and sample some of the delicious dishes part of their #EatPastaRunFaster campaign. A full review will be coming this week so keep your eyes peeled for that!

Sunday was the most lovely day with the most gorgeous weather, I was so happy to finally see some sun! Me and Adam got straight out to a beer garden and indulged in some fruity ciders and a camembert to share before heading to the park for some ice cream and a chill in the sun. We then ventured home and had tea in the garden with the family, overall it was the perfect day. More like this to come please!

I hope you all had a lovely week and had some fun in the sun!

Cookie Dough is THE ONE. Is it bad I’ve only got around to trying it for the first time, in the past month? Ooops.

Maybe a long week but looks like a good one. How you managed to make that Ben and Jerry’s last so long is beyond me. I’m lucky if i get two sittings out of a tub haha xx

    • Haha, I was very restrained! I’m not usually like that though…

      Thanks for reading 🙂

You can’t beat Ben and Jerrys cookie dough! Have you tried the ones with the fudge core? SO good!

  • Agree that you can’t beat a bit of cookie dough when it comes to tubbed ice cream, although I am partial to a bit of kinder bueno ice cream but you can never find it!
